Products and Prices 

All products available on this website are handmade and unique. Prices are stated in euros (€) and include VAT. Shipping costs are calculated separately and displayed at checkout.

Order and Payment 

Orders are placed through the online store.The following payment methods are accepted:

Credit card (e.g., Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, and other payment methods available through Stripe.

Payment is due at the time of order confirmation.

Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 7 business days after payment confirmation. Shipping is available to Spain and countries in the European Union. Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process.

Right of Withdrawal 

Consumers have the statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Returns and Refunds 

Consumers have the right to return goods within 14 days of receipt.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

The purchase price will be refunded after the undamaged goods have been received and inspected.

We always ship our products insured; we recommend using insured shipping for returns as well.

Liability 

The seller shall not be liable for damages resulting from improper use of the products.
